How do I get the LogLevel for a Logger.

Jan 20, 2009 at 11:31 PM

I find very useful for performance consideration the log4j functionality that enables the ability to check isDebugEnabled(), isInfoEnabled(), etc before actually doing the logging actions.

I am currently using CLog and I would like to know the log level of a certain instance of ILog. I create my loggers using the suggested:

ILog

m_Logger = LogManager.GetLog(typeof(RemoteOperationTask))

How do I get to know what is the LogLevel of my m_Logger?

Thank you.

Thanks for your question, and implicit suggestion. This would be a nice feature. I have added an item to the Issue Tracker, and if you think of any more features you’d like please don’t hesitate to add them there.

Cheers,
Daniel
