Binary distribution: assemblies not stringly named
The assemblies in the binary distribution are not strongly named (i.e. not signed).
This means that the assemblies cannot be called from strongly named applications and assemblies.
If the assemblies were signed, they would be callable from BOTH signed AND unsigned assemblies and applications.
